My husband and I always look forward to our staycations in Miami mainly because we always book a day at essentia spa! We bring all our friends here too! We get the couples massage and even the prenatal massage while pregnant. They have talented and attentive staff. Sheyla always remembers us and greets us making us feel very special and taken care of! Highly recommend coming here.

Ivan was my massage therapist for an 80 minute massage. I've been getting massages for years and I can say his work is Fantastic. He is obvious very well trained, listened to me, and was passionate about his craft. I will be back to visit him along with the staff who were also great. Thank you Ivan and Esencia

Wow 10000/10 experience so relaxing!!! Shayla, David and Maryury were great getting everything set up. My massage was AMAZING! I don’t remember her name but I came with my girls and all masseuses were spectacular.

Esencia Wellness Spa at Eden Roc Beach Hotel was such an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so warm, welcoming, and professional. I actually had an issue where the zipper on my suitcase popped open, and Alex and Carolina went above and beyond to help me. They found an extra suitcase in their office and offered it to me so I could transfer my belongings. That level of kindness truly meant so much to me and really showed how much they care about their guests. Now let’s talk about the massage, it was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. My masseuse Chantel was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. The entire spa is spotless, calming, and beautifully maintained. Everything about the atmosphere felt peaceful and luxurious. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and I will 100% be back. Highly recommend!

I’ve known Eili for the past 9 years and I have never let anyone else touch my hair. She’s sheen my hair at its worst and now at its best. She’s so warm and welcoming & always answers any questions you have. She pays attention to detail and listens to what you want! 💖 she’s the absolute best! I can’t say enough good things about the spa as well, everyone is so welcoming and inviting, I went on a short bathroom break and when I came back I found a little goodie bag and a glass of champagne that David left me! Definitely will be coming back for more princess treatment 👸🏻

Ines was incredible! I received a deep tissue massage, followed by a signature facial…. and let me tell you, I felt like I was on cloud nine after. My entire mind and body were relaxed & at ease, which is exactly what I came for. Thank you so much Ines and to the rest of the wonderful Esencia Wellness staff that helped made me feel so welcome and at home.

I had an amazing experience at this spa! I was attended by ALBA in the spa where she explained everything throughly and was of great help with any questions I had in regard to the spa! She was extremely attentive and maintained the spa super clean and restocked on everything at ALL times! She really made the experience better! I also had the pleasure of getting a massage with YURIS she was so professional and very knowledgeable on what she does! I had such a relaxing rejuvenating experience because of the both of them! I would highly recommend this spa! I was here for my birthday and they both made my experience extra special! Thank so much for the exceptional service!

Omg this a massage with Yuris was amazing! She has great hands and does the deep tissue massage really relaxing. The experience was 5 star! I highly recommend. The spa is clean and the relaxation area is really nice. Wonderful!

Just had a hydrofacial with INES and wow… I’m obsessed. She is honestly amazing. My skin has never looked this clear and glowy, she literally fixed it. Her hands are pure magic, and the whole experience felt so relaxing and easy. I walked out feeling like a brand new person. If you’re thinking about booking with her, seriously just do it. You will not regret it! ✨💖

Booked a massage for my parents and I for my birthday. Alex helped me with scheduling on the phone and was very friendly and informative about their services. When we got to the spa the staff at the front were all very welcoming and friendly. We were then introduced to Osvaldo, he took care of us the rest of the day. He was amazing!!! He made our experience so memorable, he was kind, attentive, and detail oriented. Yuris did my massage, she was wonderful! The best massage I have ever had, all the tension from my shoulders was gone, my entire body felt so loose and relaxed in the best way. Yuris is very professional and knows what she’s doing. We had such an amazing time, we will definitely be returning and recommending this spa to our family and friends.
